Earlier this year, we welcomed staff and students into our newly renovated Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi Library. The newly refurbished space provides a warm and stimulating environment. With the help of a generous donation, the library team was able to replace old material with new, and bring in the latest reading materials and resources. Currently, the library houses over 8,000 fiction and non-fiction reads.

Libraries have always played an important role in Islamic tradition, through the promotion, sharing and storage of knowledge. Reading, writing and gaining knowledge is highly recommended in our religion and these are the cornerstones of the newly refurbished Sayyid Muhamamd Library.

Students from CASA to Grade 5 visit the library weekly and are encouraged to check out books. Theme of the month books are on display and the librarian responds to requests from the students and staff.

The Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi Library also carries a wide range of Islamic reads, both secular and faith based.

As we expand and add to our library, we express our gratitude to the generous donor who made it possible for us to refurbish our library in almost its entirety.
