Maulana Najafi’s Corner

Syed Mohammed Ali Najafi is the Director of Religious Affairs at As-Sadiq Islamic School effective September 2024.

Maulana Najafi was born and raised in Denmark and has strong roots in Pakistan, where he spent most of his summers during his childhood. From his early years, he had a strong desire to serve the community, reciting nohas and manqabats often. After his teenage years, he travelled to Qum and then to Najaf to pursue his religious education. He’s travelled to many countries and is proficient in seven languages.

Maulana Najafi is passionate about soccer, which makes him an instant favourite amongst our student. He shares a particular love for the youth of the community, an essential quality for this role. 

We are blessed to have him join the As-Sadiq family.
